Q. Can we meet with you prior to our event?
A. Yes, face to face consultations are always a great way to go over all aspects of your party.

Q. Can we make requests?
A. This is your event! We will play any songs you want to hear from our large selection of music. We recommend that you go over our music list prior to your event to ensure we play all your special or favorite songs.

Q. When do you arrive at the event to set up your equipment?
A. We are all set up 1 hour prior to your guests arriving (hall permitting). Sound checks and microphone levels are also made at this time.

Q. Do you have back up equipment?
A. We always bring extra equipment that can quickly be switched. We keep your party going!

Q. Do you blast the music?
A. We constantly monitor the sound and will listen to you and your guests. You are ultimately in charge of the volume! There's nothing worse than music that's too loud. That's why we supply speakers that don't need to be loud to fill the room with a rich full sound! To avoid any possible issues with sound, also be mindful of your seating arrangements near the dance floor.

Q. What about really bad weather?
A. If you haven't cancelled we haven't cancelled! We will give ourselves extra time to get there and set up unless told otherwise by the person in charge. If the event is outside we will have to coordinate shelter for our equipment which can be provided by us or possibly the event venue.

Q. What do you wear?
A. For formal events we wear a tuxedo. For less formal -slacks and dress shirt / vest . For more casual events khaki pants / polo shirt. If your event has a theme we will do our best to dress the part too!

Q. Do we have to provide the DJ's with a meal?
A. You do not have to provide us with a meal ,but please let us know prior to your event so other arrangements can be made. Between set up, playing and tear down times it could be an eight hour day. If you do choose to provide us with one it will be greatly appreciated!
